PHH supported Bondi Consult during the sale of the Service Hub in the commercial district “TwentyOne” to InterXion.
Almost two years ago Bondi Consult purchased one of the last, large contiguous commercial spaces in Vienna at Siemensstraße 87-89 resp. 88 and subdivided it into six building sites – Hubs. One of these building sites – the “Service Hub” has now been successfully sold by Bondi Consult to the InterXion Group. PHH Rechtsanwälte acted as legal advisor to Bondi Consult and provided support during the handling of the sale.
Bondi Consult offers a One Stop Shop for all property-relevant matters in the areas of Consulting, Development, Investment and Work Out. During the original purchase of the Siemensgründe, Bondi Consult was able to win through against well-known competitors in a bidding process.
The now sold Service Hub of the commercial district “TwentyOne” is intended to serve the InterXion Group, a worldwide provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral computer centre services for colocation, as a basis for a new computer centre. Through the conclusion of the transaction, Bondi Consult was able to realise a further representative real estate project and InterXion was able to drive forward their own expansion with a new site in Vienna as “gateway” to central and eastern Europe as well as Turkey.
“As always, we were very satisfied with the professional support by the PHH Team. Pragmatism and goal-oriented drive feature greatly here”, stated Dr. Anton Bondi de Antoni on the involvement of PHH.
The transaction team of PHH Rechtsanwälte consisted of the leading transaction lawyers Rainer Kaspar, Partner, and Philip Rosenauer, Senior Associate, and was supported by Julia Fritz, Partner, and Michael Kutis, Senior Associate, in specific real estate issues.
InterXion was advised by Gassauer-Fleissner Rechtsanwälte under the leadership of Klaus Fischer, Partner, and Leopold Gnesda, Associate.
