Vienna, 26th August 2020 – Exclusive contract for OTTO Immobilien for the marketing of the Central- and Innovation Hub in the commercial district TwentyOne from Bondi Consult.
Modern offices for the new innovative business campus of Vienna
OTTO Immobilien has been awarded the exclusive contract by Bondi Consult for the marketing of an area of close to 86,000 m² of the Central- and Innovation Hub in the new business district TwentyOne in the 21st district of Vienna. With a floor space of 50,000 m², the project in the Siemensstraße is one of the last large contiguous industrial- and commercial areas of Vienna. The two hubs should be completed by the end of 2022 respectively the middle of 2023 in several phases of construction.

ÖGNI Gold and best connection to the public transport network
TwentyOne consists of altogether six hubs: Innovation-, Service-, Central-, Student-, Office- and Hotel Hub, whereby the Service Hub has already been realised. In June 2020 the new commercial district was the first project to be awarded the GOLD Certificate by ÖGNI for “Business Campus Version 2020”.
The real estate is situated about 2.5 kilometres north-east of the regional centre of Floridsdorf, close to the newly built hospital Wien-Nord, and stands out with an optimal connection to the public transport network. Bordering directly is the Siemensstraße railway station, which is linked both by the S-Bahn as well as REX, regional trains and bus routes. Also situated in close proximity is the A22 Donauufer motorway, the Floridsdorf intersection, the Nordbrücke as well as the access ramp to the S2. Due to the close proximity to the hospital Nord and to the Vienna University of Veterinary Medicine as well as well-known organisations such as the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), RailTecArsenal, A1, ATOS, Center Vienna, TechBase, Trescal and Biomedica, the developers expect positive synergy effects.
