As an accredited real estate trustee & corporate consultant, Bondi Consult offers services covering all aspects of real estate while serving the central needs of users and investors. Its priorities include project support from the initial assessment to the handover to the asset management, the conceptual design, the development and construction of real estate both within its own portfolio and for third parties, workout management and assistance for properties not essential to operation on behalf of bank and of project operators.
The TwentyOne project team is lead by Dominik Erne, commercial director.
